    Cons

On call schedule. Medical insurance is really just catastrophic insurance. No copays are covered etc unless you want to pay $400 biweekly

I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay was competitive. I really enjoy getting to know the residents and I love most of my coworkers. Everyone tries to help each other. They also move more into technology which is great!

    Cons

The health insurance and benefits are a total joke. In my personal experience it was very difficult to get time off. They are critically and chronically understaffed. In the management team, there isn't anyone who can cover for you for time off.

I worked at PruittHealth full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fair pay rate before Covid hit.

    Cons

Management is biased toward employees that work outside of the office and will not listen to healthcare workers who work in the field. Communication is poor and the field worker is blamed for the breakdown. They need outside council when there is a miscommunication to help point out who was at fault.
