Interview
Was asked to do a phone interview, and was asked for availability for the following morning. I replied with my availability right away, a confirmation was not sent until the next morning (the day of the phone screening). I set aside time to take the call at the scheduled time, the recruiter did not call. An hour later I get a call, and could not answer at the time. Followed up with an email a minute later from the recruiter, saying my phone went to voicemail and to confirm a better time. I emailed the recruiter to let them know I could take the call in the afternoon and specified a time, the recruiter confirmed. Again, time was set aside and again no phone call was received from the recruiter.

I interviewed for the college program. I had to go through 2 phone interview before the final in-person interview. The final interview was from 9-1/2pm during this time was interviewed by four people. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The interviews were very casual and I felt extremely comfortable. At the end, they ask you to do an exercise on how you would organize a project. They also provided lunch where you could sit and chat with the current employees.

Interview
Brief phone call with a recruiter, followed by a 30 min phone call with the PM, and then an in-person interview. The in-person interview is a 3 hour session of touring the office, conducting a case study, and having lunch with a team.

Had an initial phone screening followed by on site interview with pool of various candidates. Comprised of three interviews, two behavioral and one case study. Then had a a recap interview with HR. Also had the opportunity to talk with current employees to gauge their thoughts.
