I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Noida)
Interview
Got a call from some consultancy through naukri and went there for the interview process. First round was a f2f round which was the most idiotic interview I have ever attended. I am sorry but I mean what I wrote. It wasn't an interview but a school viva process where you sit on a chair and the interviewer ask theory questions one by one without any pen/paper/marker. You can explain anything to them but they will never be satisfied. It feels like they are only interested in knowing the full form and bookish definitions of the questions only. Not even a single time did they try to get the best out of the candidate. Neither did they ask about previous projects nor the contribution you did and the stuff you know. For 1 hour they simply asked about various functions and stuff on c#, .net sql and javascript. Just that!

Question 1
they asked various stuff and typical interview questions on c# and javascript. Do a google search of interview questions and REMEMBER THEM LINE BY LINE and you will definitely clear it. If you give examples and define them in your own language with whatever you have done in your past experiences they will simple make a bad face and tell you that this isnt the definition they know.
2 round 1.5 hours each ..with live coding on domain specific.. cover all topics well.it was well organized and camera needs to be on. Prepare nicely before appearing to interview

Recuiter was rude, had bad interview experience. It's a servive based company and taking high level of multiple rounds interview including assignment, coding test, 2 system design interview, client interview and what not. Didn't like the process and some interviewers. Also the process took more than expected time.
Interview was lengthy but it was good experience it based on dsa java concurrency interview lasted for 2 hrs and interviewer was very nice it was onsite interview executor and multi threading was more highlighted
