      Application

I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Bengaluru)

      Interview

There were 3 rounds of interview. First day I appeared for written test, after it was cleared I attended F2F interview on other day. After it was cleared I had a managerial round on skype. After I cleared this interview I got a confirmation from Sapient HR team that I interview was successful, they asked me to send all the documents , Inspite of all these things they did not send any offer letter, no salary discussion. They are not even receiving my call. I have wasted my 3 valuable days for this interview.

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2020

      Interview

I had applied through Indeed jobs and got a call the next day. The recruiter first scheduled an online coding test to be taken within 24 hours. Next, two technical discussions and finally an HR round happened to discuss salary expectations. The whole process took 10 days to complete, which was good for me as I was already serving a notice period in my last organization and had an offer from another company as well. What I liked best about Publicis Sapient was that salary was discussed in the end again. Based on my offer in hand, I could negotiate a higher salary package that previously agreed on and got a 40% hike.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The basic question of almost every interview- walk me through your resume and your previous work. Other questions were based on topics such as: runtime and compile-time polymorphism, OOPS concepts, exception hierarchy, shallow and deep cloning, and multi-threading. The other question was to guess the output of the program.
