After giving the third rounds i got a mail from sapient (27 May) that cleared the interview process with Publicis Sapient for the role of SENIOR ASSOCIATE LEVEL1-Generic Java.
on same day received a call for submitting the document.
after 4 day received a call for salary negotiation then i agreed on a amount and she told me that she will release the letter in 2 days.
After 2 days no update and no letter, i called to the HR then she told me that level has been downgrade now we cannot give the same salary and they were offering 18% hike.
it was total waste of time for me. If anyone wants to go for the interview in sapient then first clear about the salary from their side because in my case they hadn't deny for salary but in last they were offering 18 % hike.
please stop do these type of bad things ,if you cannot give the proper hike then why are you conducting the interview and wasting the others time.
may be you have lot of time to doing such type of things but others doesn't have. this was the worst experience of my life.

The coordinator asked me to show the entire room on video call before starting the interview which was quite odd. They have interview process of 2 hours which is another odd thing. The company can divide the interviews into two rounds of 1 hour instead of a 2 hour interview. The interviewer asked me open the IDE in my system to write the program.

First round was online test. Second round was technical interview of 2 hours. The guy finished the interview in 10 minutes. He stopped me in the middle of my introduction and started asking questions quickly. Not giving me enough time to answer.
