Question 1
What experience do you have presenting in front of a client?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
Applied via Smartr. Two weeks later, I was contacted by a recruiter and set up for a 30-minute phone screening to go over my interest in the firm and why I was pursuing this role. Next, I was set up for 4 interviews over the next week.
The first interview consisted of a case study about an Airline looking to grow revenues by 2025 by creating a digital innovation store in an airport. Clarifying information included: Tier 1 metro area, services, and quality at capacity. The case involved brainstorming about how airports make money, who are customers, etc. Then the interviewer gave me graphs to begin a market sizing about how many travelers there are annually, and what segments of the market this digital innovation store should target.
The second interview consisted of standard behavioral questions and scoping out my fit for the role and interest in the firm. Questions included: Are you comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment given that the firm is only two years old? How have you dealt with challenging bosses? Why Publicis? What is your understanding of the work we do?
The third interview consisted of another case study on the Powersports industry and the Internet of things (IoT). Case question: Chief Digital Officer wants to understand if Powersports Co. should enter the connected vehicle space and what factors should they consider (Value propositions, people, process, tech, etc)?
Then the interviewer presented a chart showing how many ATV and Motorcycles customers Powersports Co. had vs the Industry as a whole in 2021. Then, given 2026 projections, you had to complete a market sizing to determine the viability of entering connected vehicle space.
The fourth interview was with a Managing Director to assess competency for the role. Some behavioral, mostly fit questions.
