I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pyxl in Feb 2018
Interview
Lasted 3 rounds with a test project. Interviewed with HR, Development team and a local office leader. Very friendly people with a variety of question types. Spanned from general knowledge to preferences and experience with technologies.

Question 1
I was asked about future trends in the space and where I saw it going. This was focused on web technologies vs technology in general which wasn't covered.
To borrow from a former employee's review, "Management is inexperienced. HR is a joke.".
HR was nice, but had no idea how to interview for the position available. Only company I've ever interviewed with that didn't have at least one developer to balance it out.
She didn't know enough about the job or past projects to have a real interview with.. she was more interested in bragging about the company and asking copy-pasted interview questions.
Halfway through it was apparent we were both displeased. Great company image, poor internals.

Question 1
"Tell me about yourself", "What's your biggest weakness?", "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
Thanks for your feedback. Our developers are busy and we try not to make them join unnecessary meetings. The first round of interviews are a simple get to know you and what you’re looking for, giving you the opportunity to learn about Pyxl as a whole. Not everyone's experience and goals line up with our needs.
