QAD Director Level Role interview questions

First you speak with the recruiter, who is outsourced. Then you speak on the phone with the VP and then they fly you in person. They make you take a ridiculous test at the end, which is just a mini SAT that has nothing to do with any job on the planet. It's old and a waste of time. Then after the interviews, they completely ghosted me. NOT ONE WORD! I have never had this happen to me in 20 years of business. It shows you who they are. Stay far away.!!
