The interview is alright but still up to the hiring people if they want to hire you or not as they won’t consider your experience and skills. They’ll judge you on the first video interview if you’re the right applicant.

Initial phone screen then follow-up face to face interview with staff member and senior manager followed by a further phone conversation. Overall it was thorough, but not revolutionary. It was good to have a senior manager involved.
