I initially found the job listing through an online job board and after applying, I heard back from a Talent Acquisition rep within two days for a phone interview. Following a successful phone interview, I was contacted by a different member from Talent Acquisition for an in-person/in-studio interview for the following week with their Senior Talent Acquisition rep and two Associate Producers. Upon arriving at the studio, I was brought to a waiting area where I waited for the Senior Talent Coordinator. They were quick to greet me, lead us to a conference room and were very cordial through the entire brief interview. Their interview felt so organic like a conversation versus it being more of an interview itself as they briefed me on the position and the Producers I was going to be interviewing with as well. After a brief but hospitable conversation with the Senior Talent Acquisition rep, they departed and I was greeted by the two Associate Producers. They were very professional yet artificial in their interviewing which completely juxtaposed the previous interview. After a few brief questions and responses, we discussed the position further and the network itself and parted ways. Overall, it was not a bad experience. The people behind Human Resources and Talent Acquisition were very courteous throughout the process, being sure to respond to emails in a timely manner, sending necessary documents for the interview, and even assisting in rescheduling the interviews themselves. The Production staff members which I interviewed with also impressed me with their professionalism and curtness which I had no experienced in the industry before. Would I consider applying and seeking future employment with QVC? Probably.

Straight forward and normal interview. They ask standard questions with nothing too out of the ordinary. The practical element was also enjoyable as you got a real feel of what to expect.
