**WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE RECRUITER** I was contacted by the recruiter on LinkedIn for the role of a consultant at Quadient in Germany. After speaking with her, she asked me to apply via a link before the initial conversation round. I did apply and then she had scheduled an online meeting. On the day of the meeting the HR personnel never arrived I was waiting in the meeting for 15 minutes. Then she sent a lousy mail of how she was busy with another meeting and could reschedule, I told her it was okay and asked her to schedule another meeting in the coming days to which she did not reply, even after multiple messages and emails. Then a week later, all of a sudden I received automated boilerplate email saying I was being rejected for the role "after careful consideration". Mind you, I didn't apply for this role, the HR/RECRUITER invited me to saying I would be a good fit. No justification, no proper feedback or anything. After I put out a stern message on LinkedIn she replied with nonchalantly saying there were budget issues and she was not aware of the automated email. Horrible experience for a candidate to go through, think twice if you want to engage if and when anyone from this company reaches out to you.
