Initial phone screen with recruiter at HQ in Provo. Then I was handed off to another recruiter in the Plano, TX office for coordination. Showed up to the casual office environment; everyone was very nice. Met in a room with my would-be hiring manager and he asked me typical stale questions. Didn't interact too much (feel like that was his personality). He wore basketball shorts and a T shirt with a baseball cap and flip flops (he's 28ish). Then I interviewed with the VP (they call them "Site Leaders). He was very inquizative, took long pauses to think before he asked questions and responded. Ultimately, I didn't move on to the round with the AVP of Sales because of my Channel experience (the view there is that direct selling is more difficult) and there's now some corporate rule that they will only hire Account Execs who have 5+ years of tenure at ONE company (for a package of only $110k OTE? good luck).
