Emailed to set up a “catch up call” had to follow up 3 times to get a response back. Interview was eventually set, 3 to 4 weeks into the process. Interview was quite good. Asked if I could wait as role was going on hold. Waited 4 weeks, checked in, no reply, checked in again, no reply back, checked in again, reply came back that the role was on hold but they had someone at final interview and made that person an offer. 2 month process. 6 or 7 points where I had to follow up. Ghosted at each contact. Then finally, get a reply, you were holding, waiting for the headcount to come back but we hired someone anyway whilst that was happening. Absolutely crazy candidate experience. They say the recruitment process is the window on to a company’s culture. Lots to fix at Qualtrics.
