Got contacted by the recruiter and was told my resume was a 'good match' for the role. I prepped for one week for the phone interview, learning more about the company and their products. 2 minutes into the call, the recruiter said, "sorry we are looking for >experienced< RL engineers". Why waste my time if they didn't even read my resume which clearly specified my work history, but lied on the first contact email saying I am a match, a contact that he himself made?
