      Recruiting Coordinator Interview

      2 Nov 2011
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Quantcast (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2010

      Interview

I initially applied for a different job but was under qualified. Luckily the recruiter reached out to me (with in a day) and opened my eyes to a new opportunity that better fit my experience and qualifications. I first did a 20 minutes phone screen; the recruiter was extremely easily to talk to and very informative about the company and position. During that phone call I was asked to come in for a first round interview. This lasted about 3 hours and I met with everyone on the recruiting team including the director. I was asked competency and behavioral questions. Later that day I was asked to come back for the final round. I again met with the recruiting team and the HR generalist. This round lasted 3 hours also but I really got a feel for the culture and even had lunch with the recruiting manager. A couple of days later I was given an offer! Overall I had a really positive interview experience. The entire process took about a week.
