I attended the interview at ICAI campus placement program . Thought they shortlisted only 14 of us initially it ended up with a walk in interview with around 300 people . The process started at 10 in the morning and got over by 8 in the night . I got pissed off waiting for so long hours . They should have done the interview for the shortlisted candidates first . I got directly into PI since I was shortlisted . ie. No GD for me . The PI round was cool . It was all technical questions . And then the final HR round for which I had to wait till 8 in the night though my PI got over by noon . Altogether worst experience 😅 especially the questions from HR . I was not selected . Out of the 10 people in final round only 2 got selected since they had only 2 vacancies . I really don't understand why this kind of show when you need just 2 people .
