Quest Diagnostics Fast Process interview questions

Fast process but was a bit non-traditional. I asked for $14 or $15 per hour, but got offered $15.54 per hour. After the interview, I got a call from the interviewer within 4 days. I was told that the (only) two positions (full time) I applied for have already been filled in by internal applicants, so I was told to apply to another position (part time) because they would like to have me for that position. I was given the requisition, and I applied for it. No 2nd interview needed. I got a job offer from HR the week after. I accepted it.
