Had a phone interview with the HR first who detailed me about the company and job position. She also confirmed my availability. It was a general screening wherein I was invited for face-to-face interview then and there. Face to face interview happened at the company's location. It was a panel of three managers in the Decision Support Group itself. They asked me - summary of my resume experience in group work team behavior projects my past work experience how efficient I am with the Skills that i have mentioned on the resume behavioral questions like what if a team member is not responding to task the he/she is expected to. After this interview, I had a very friendly interview with the Director of Finance. She was describing me the company's environment and what i might be expected to do. I was selected for the job and was given a call the very next day.
