I had written test in programming in iOS swift and MCQ . rejected.
but the thing is they had same question paper all the time as I appeared for Exilant in september 2018, where I cleared the written and gone through technical interview. But this time to my surprise I had same written test question paper and I answered well than before still rejected.
So my advice to the management that don't call candidates to interview if you don't want or else tell the same with candidates prior to that, please don't waste yours and ours time. and have a good interviews to review the answers properly, don't reject blindly
Note: I have answered all the questions in iOS swift latest version using higher order functions which your interviewers may not be knowing it seems. check with that.

No Professionalism.
To be Honest. I was not fully satisfied with this interview. This is the first time I left an interview in between because of the interviewer's behavior. He was very rude and he was trying to prove that he is better.
Not everybody is good, Some people have good in some areas. That does not mean he is bad. I am really disappointed with this interview. I am also hiring and taking interviews. I didn't try to show off my skills to anybody.
Advice to Management:-
Kindly provide some basic guidelines about how to behave and take an interview
Dont spoil the company name because of these rude people.

First round was having written test afterwards they called me for the Face to face interview. That interviewer was very unprofessional , he just wanted to proof himself right in whatever he was asking and making me very uncomfortable.
These people simply wasting time by calling for interview, they used to stare girls through out the interview process and make them uncomfortable and then expect to answer some unprofessional questions.

Interview
It was a good interview. I went through only 1 round of technical interview. Basic questions about swift and design pattern, etc. The interviewer was polite. Overall interview was good.
