I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QuickService (St. Catharines, ON) in Nov 2019
Interview
Start with a 10 question test on general IT tasks. Not too difficult if you have been using computers in a networked environment. The role is abit more technical than the usual call center.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at QuickService (Saint Catharines, ON) in Oct 2015
Interview
They brought me in to a room and asked a standard list of questions: "What do you want to get out of this position", "What was your least favourite part of a previous job". Afterwards, there was a written exam. 10 fairly basic questions to gauge your technical skills. A few days later, they brought me back in and asked a technical question to see how well I could explain the concept. Shortly thereafter I got a job.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at QuickService
Interview
I Met with a couple of the owners, one who talked business and your usual interview type questions, one who talked tech. Your usual basic interview questions. First a phone interview (mostly to set up an appointment), then an in person interview. A second in person interview took place where a job offer was made, but they insisted I read over the material before accepting it.
