The interview was professionally conducted. The questions were fair and the interviewer was conversational which made me feel comfortable. There were time for questions. I appreciate the opportunity to interview and even though I did not get the position, I would not hesitate to apply for another position in the future.

The recruiter was fabulous and I was easily able to form a connection with her. The virtual interview with the hiring manager was rescheduled multiple times, which was a huge inconvenience as I worked onsite in my current position. She walked through the essential functions of the job and then transitioned to questions about DEI. I was asked how I've handled current issues around race in my personal life.
