      Seasonal Cashier Interview

      10 Jun 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Colorado Springs, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at REI (Colorado Springs, CO) in May 2015

      Interview

Very basic process, pretty much your standard interview with a bit less formality which puts you at ease. One of the Sales Managers did some basic screening questions at first in order to make sure I was eligible/capable for the job. Then it moved to a second interview with a different manager who asked more in-depth questions and got to know my personality a bit better. They kind of stand by the idea that they can teach you product knowledge or professes, but they can't teach you personality. So the most important thing would be to be yourself.
