I went out hiking with my new colleagues and got to learn about each other and the company. Other stores participate in group interviews where activities are taken place. The management team is very personable and enjoyable to interview with.

What kind of outdoor activities do you enjoy? Are you good with people? Can you sell the membership?
Interviewed online first then with the hiring manager. Video questions were similar to interview questions with manager. Heard back by the end of the week on if I got the job or not.

Interview done on Hirevue. I’ve been waiting over a month and no call back or email about the offer. I think it’s a great way to try and hire candidates but it takes too long for the hiring process.Overall just do the practice question and you’ll do fine.
Very direct, experience based and character based questions. The manager who interviewed me was a sale manager and not the store manager. I did not have to interview a second time
But I was informed most candidates do not.the process was simple but there are a lot of people who apply. That is made very clear. They hired me during a seasonal hiring spell and then continued with my staffing later during the regular season.
