Interview
The interview process was enjoyable with RTI - from the start with the phone screening through to the panel interview with the hiring manager. I felt the team also communicated really well during the process.

Question 1
They asked me if I have had interaction with the client (USAID) and how I go about troubleshooting any challenges if they arise.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RTI International (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2010
Interview
Two interviews. The first was a one day "get to know you" with some management and some staff. The second was more of RTI selling themselves to you and negotiations.
