Interview
Good, thorough and honest process with genuine managers and directors. I felt valued and challenged at the same time which i felt comfortable with. Would highly recommend this approach to other companies also. The only downside was the process as it took some time to get back to me with feedback and discuss any next steps. I
All in all the process was nice and it gave me an even stronger opinion about Rackspace and the values the were looking for in their prospect Rackers, their internal name for employees.

Interview
The phone screen was very comfortable. But bear in mind, that if you haven't worked in the cloud storage space and don't have connections to your regional market, you won't progress further.
HR is top, but the rest of the process is long. When you finally make it to the end you're drained. You have to give a presentation on their product in front of their head of sales. The preparation for this is serious if you want the gig because they'll ask you many detailed questions. Good luck!

Interview
There are multiple interviews ranging from recruiter to sales team and sales leadership team. Finished the interview process with a presentation on a case study they provided. Questions weren't anything specifically challenging or detailed and more of a general overview / background type.
