Interviewed by a total of 6 people - 2 other Account Managers, 2 engineers/architects, 2 people managers. They came in 3 one-hour blocks and asked about various customer scenarios, questions designed to uncover team fit, and communication style

They asked for my total process when a very large customer called in the middle of the night saying their entire site was down - looking for step-by-step incident management, communications, and trouble-shooting steps. Bonus points for moving into the Root Cause Analysis process afterwards.
