Initial interview went very well. Individual was prepared and on time and we proceeded very smoothly. Asked for 2nd interview and the interview was a disaster. Interviewer #1 showed up late and Interviewer #2 was notified last minute. They were unprepared for the interview - interviewer #2 read something (maybe my resume?) through the entire interview. It was not well conducted and they declined my moving on but I think it was more to do with their needing to cover how they handled the situation.
Room technology froze, at points I could not hear the interviewers (my side was not the issue as they could hear and see me throughout).
Interviewer #2 had 1 question throughout the entire interview.
I left the interview knowing that whether or not they invited me back, I was not interested in being a part of a company that was this disorganized. .
