The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Chesterfield, MO)
Interview
I filled out an application online , on a Saturday . They called me on the following Monday to schedule an interview for today Wednesday. After the interview she had me fill out my availability.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you look for when you walk into a restaurant.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
