I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied on July 1st early that morning and got a call later that day I was out of town so we scheduled an interview the next weekend on Sunday , I went in I was very nervous at first but when I got in there they gave me a free drink and I sat down and waited it was nice they had music playing and the employees were singing when the Gm came out he ask some simple questions about hours and stuff we laughed I smiled alot and I got scheduled for a second interview the next day with the lady she was really nice and after she said she's gonna run a background check and have the Gm call me and email me my work schedule. So I guess I'm hired I'm still waiting for the call its was literally just yesterday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you and someone else didn't get along ?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
