I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Shreveport, LA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Filled an application online. Got an email a few days later scheduling an interview. Interview went well. It was at 8:30 in the morning and I could tell the lady was tired. She just asked basic questions to see how well I would work in a team environment. Hired me on spot. She said she really liked me and there was no need to set up a second interview with the GM. Tomorrow is my first day.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
