I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Houston, TX) in May 2016
Interview
After finishing the personality tests, later on you just wait for an email to schedule the interview. Mine was actually in a hotel because the restaurant was finishing up to be built.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What other experience have you had in the restaurant business
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
