What was your last salary? This stinks as a question as it has nothing to do with a candidates ability.

It was relatively short. They seemed to be looking for someone to work 60 hours a week on a lower salary. It might possibly have been the interviewer's first interviews given as she seemed to read off a cue card.

The interview was smooth sound like a cool opportunity and was all up for it, until they mention the best salary. It was different from the job posted and it was a HUGE decrease from my current salary. I had to decline the offer.

Zoom interview with HR, the lady was a little snippy. Posted role for a general manager, but what they don’t tell you is they want you to train for a year in an hourly role in the stores before transitioning to another location to be the general manager.
