I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Hacienda Heights, Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was a hiring event for a new location in City of Industry, California. They take your temperature before you enter. You start off by filling out a sheet that asks for contact information as well as availability. After that they call you in and the interview starts. At the end they made time for my questions as well. I have not heard back yet. I was told they were interviewing about 40 people a day.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
