I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Richmond, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview was calm, relaxing, and thorough. I came in to the front desk where the cashier takes orders ten minutes before my scheduled interview time, and they were able to interview me right away. Two people interviewed me, one who I believe was the shift manager and another who was the store manager. They asked me about why I wanted to work at Raising Cane's, an example of a time I had to exemplify leadership, why I had taken the initiative for leadership, as well as my availability and whether or not I had any questions for them. They then told me that they'd call me the day after and let me know if I was offered the position.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
