I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Bakersfield, CA) in Jun 2022
Interview
I applied on their website and did a series of questions totaling 100 questions. It’s a multiple choice answer. It took longer to do the online application and questions than the face to face interview . Interviewed on a Saturday morning.
The questions they ask are found online.
You get the “tell me about yourself”
If I have my own transportation?
How long I was working in the food industry .
The interview was less than 10 minutes and was not asked if I had questions nor told what the starting salary is.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How long have I worked In the food industry? Do I prefer being in the front of the store or in food prep.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
