It was quite a long process for me. I got an interview through an advisor who put me in contact with someone from the team. I spoke on the phone with someone around Feb, which was more an exploratory phone call to discuss what my interests where. Then she told me to reach out to her in May, after I graduated. Contacted her in May and I immediately got the first interview with HR. The interview went really well and I got a second-round interview with the Senior Merchandiser. I thought that also went pretty well. I sent the merchandiser a thank you email after we spoke, never heard back from her. A week goes by and I email the HR woman I originally interviewed with and again, no response. I wait a couple more days to send a brief to follow up simply just asking if the positions been taken... no response. At this point I get the hint, however, I have interviewed with many retail companies and this is the first time I have ever experienced this level of unprofessionalism within a corporate team. It takes less than a minute to send a generic email saying you've decided to go with another candidate. I also see that others have had a similar experience and I just find it really rude since I was so excited about the position.

Two interviews in a week meeting with two different members. They were friendly and willing to answer questions about the job. Very short interviews. Asked me so many questions on accountability that made me feel like this job was going to be in a toxic environment
