I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Hershey, PA) in Feb 2014
Interview
I was called in for an interview. The person on the phone was very curt and sounded as though they did not want to be on the phone. The interview consisted of two other applicants. The interviewer was rude to one of the applicants by belittling her questions, cutting her responses short and not looking at her when she spoke. Not sure what the issue was but it was not the vibe I would want to put up with at work. No thanks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They questions were very typical. The one that involved the most thought was what whould be the most difficult thing about working there.
The interview process was inefficient, and needlessly long. I spoke to 4 people about the role and it took months, wish the process had been more streamlined and more clarity on timeline.

Question 1
How will you keep yourself motivated about the work we do?
open dialogue, conversational, personal in style and wanted to ascertain if I would fit the team more than technical skills, approachable and made an effort to be put at ease
I applied online. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Woodburn, OR) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was nice and relax, asked basic questions, and got job offer on spot. I did get referred by a recruiter. No need to stress about it, just be professional and for the dress code I would say casual business.
