Interview
The manager was very kind and casual. I think I just happened to be there at the right time honestly. They really needed people and I talked to him for a couple minutes and we lined everything up from there. He told me to give him a call in a couple days so I did and I was hired! After I filled out the application online and everything.
I first got an email to talk to an HR rep on the phone. They asked simple questions about customer service mostly. Then I got an email to go to the actual store for another interview. There I was asked about the job and the responsibilities. Very easy interviews
Asked about how I work with others and handle tasks. Was quite straight forward and brief. Discussed availability and customer service skills, and possibly a background check before a hiring decision is made.
You ask for the hiring manager and you go into the office. You sit down and then they start asking you questions on how would you react to certain situations. It was very easy.
