2 weeks from application to job offer, multiple informal discussions rather than "interviews" with one presentation of campaign planning. I had no marketing experience prior to the presentation so don't let that put you off.

Question 1
Presentation included how I would manage a customer complaint and preparing a campaign plan for a client with a short brief and a budget.
Very laid back, engaging process. I applied via linkedin and was contacted a few days later. The company is keen to move quickly, so the two interviews and the assessment were done within two weeks.

Interview
There were two stages. Firstly an interview with the hiring manager, then the next stage was to give a presentation to one of the co-founders on my campaign ideas.
The idea was to present as if I was a project manager at Reachdesk.
