Recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn. Got online assignment to finish after talking to recruiter. Finished it. then got a call with hiring manager for about 45 mins. Then got invited to virtual onsite that consist of 5 rounds(4 technical and 1 behavior). All of them covered different area in technical interview. One round is about online assignment. One round for typical leetcode One round for another leetcode One round for debugging Java code. I figured that they care more about your behaivoral aspect more than technical. Seems like you can get offer with some mistake on technical and perfect behavior but Cant never get offer when you make some mistake on behavioral part of interview. Overall great company to join. I have accepted an offer to join
