I applied online. I interviewed at Redis in Jan 2026
Interview
A screening call, followed by a behavioural interview, a coding test, and then an infrastructure interview.
All questions seemed really easy and straight forward.
After receiving very positive feedback, and a final comment in the last interview that sounded like I should expect an offer, they ghosted me. I followed up with one recruiter I talked to at Redis a week after the last interview, and then again with another recruiter I talked to in the process a week after that. Both emails were ignored, which is kind of unreal that after 4 separate calls, I couldn't even get a simple rejection email.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Redis (Tel Aviv) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interviewed with Redis Israel. The process started well with a professional HR screening, but went downhill afterward.
The scheduling call was handled by a different person and felt very rigid and unaccommodating. Both the coordinator and the hiring manager came across as disengaged and uninterested, as if they didn’t really want to be conducting the process.
The screening interview itself lacked structure—questions about the role, day-to-day work, and team challenges were answered vaguely, and the technical part was minimal and not aligned with the position.
Overall, the experience felt extremely uninviting. In the end, I was not selected, which aligned with my own concerns about the role and team.
Multiple, well structured interviews. They gave me interesting algorithmic problem in the first interview. The technical was pretty well structured, real problems that you can hit during your daily work. Good discussion with the interviewer
