First round over the phone with a focus on Equity and Inclusion questions Second round sent interview questions via email so you could formulate good answers. Overall the experience was a good one! The position in my case was newer but it was a lot of behavioral questions as well as equity and inclusion.

Tell me about a time when you had an opinion that differed from your superior
Phone screen followed by virtual panel interview followed by half day of interviews on campus. Was provided questions for panel interview which was nice, but the amount of time interviewing felt like overkill.
