Interview
Had a phone interview two weeks ago. Never heard back from them although I sent an email asking about updates on the interview. It was the first part of the interview process as there is a second interview as they said. The recruiter was polite and it was about 45 minutes. There was a scenario where I had to say what I would do in this case. Questions about the organisation and the project, other questions about my motivation, about my cv, about their values and two questions where required the STAR method to reply.
