Three round process: Initial Application, Behavioral Video Interview, Phone Interview with Hiring Manager (Your potential Boss). Video interview was very straightforward and behavioral based, some questions you couldn't record more than once. It took about 45 minutes to complete.
After two weeks and several follow ups, I heard back and was set up for a phone interview. The call took about one hour and it was the hiring manager's first time recruiting for his department. The entire call felt like a friendly conversation about the company, what his team does day to day, courses I have taken, my aspirations, and generally how I would assist his team. No direct technical questions, but the entire conversation was moderately technical. Very pleased with my experience.
