I had a phone pre screen with Heather Moscheu. The tone was incredibly condescending. The purpose of the phone call to me it seemed as though she was annoyed with the amount of positions I had applied for. At the end of the call she apologized for coming off as " transparent," and I had no problem with her telling me her opinion. However the most condescending part of the interview was when she asked me only one question about the company. The basic " ok what do you know about us?" To this I replied the general research I had done on the company like most other positions. After this reply she again asked " OK what else do you know?" This question caught me slightly off guard, and I wondered if this was an actual pre screen or a session to look down on me. To this second repeated question I replied explaining a little more in depth about research I had read about the company, after hearing this she again asked " OK WHAT ELSE DO YOU KNOW??" Now I was positive that this was in fact a call to pressure me as a candidate for whatever reason she had. Overall very unprofessional and rude and a terrible experience.
The interview has multiple steps with an initial interview with HR followed by an interview with your perspective supervisor. Its very fair, and relevant to the position. Just be yourself and you will be okay.
HR call followed by HM interview, and a full panel interview with a 1hr presentation. HR said would ask for 5 references if one was selected after the full panel interview. And also were saying something like we value your time and would follow up within 2 weeks or so just to give you updates... I went through the full panel interview months ago. But never heard back since then. I sent an email to HR to follow up, the HR said they would call, but never did. I guess I was not selected, but it was not very professional to just ghost candidates like this.

Question 1
a time you have conflict with your manager, how did you deal with it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Regeneron (Cambridge, MA) in Jan 2025
Interview
First was just a screening call with HR and then a scheduled virtual interview with the hiring manager. Next was an onsite panel interview with a presentation and the final round was an interview with the department’s VP. Overall a good experience, asked fair technical questions and questions about my working style. They tried to make the process quick and easy, which was appreciated, with an official offer sent less than a week after the final interview.
