Interview process was very long. Initial phone screening with Recuriter, than phone call with hiring manger. He was very nice and gave indication for interview with team. Afterwards complete silence for 3 weeks ( I was told they are screening other candidates), they scheduled 8 individual interview 45 minutes each with team. Team members were very nice and interview went well. Guess what ? I was told that the final interview is going to be with VP. The process was sooooo Long, time consuming and draining. I got the offer but it was too late ( I accepted another position)

Recruiters try to keep you at the lowest title and pay level. They say that title is non-negotiable. The roles are posted for a very long time. Hiring managers have been there for years but the candidates who interview have higher degrees and are up to date on the latest skills so they find you to be a threat. Then you are ghosted. I learned that growth takes years. I appears to be a toxic environment.
