Interview
It was a simple process consisting of basic questions. You have to be knowledgable on the role you are applying for. Know about the company also. Questions about you are also expected.
3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
Read about company history. They would ask about their own products and if you know about the company history. Then show that you are aware of the companies values like BBS etc.
