Had a 15 min phone call with recruiter, followed by video call with the Hiring team for R&D Associate Oligo Therapy position, 3 weeks later I got ghosted and had to take the initiative to ask them for an update. Guy tells me the team wasn't moving forward with my candidacy. At least have the guts to tell me that i was rejected...the whole myth of companies fearing some illegal consequence is all hogwash and letting them know rather than keeping them under the dark would be more professional...i also interviewed with them in the past and one of the hiring manager told me they would respond after 2-3 months, lol seriously?
