Interview
Phone interview with HR/recruiting manager followed by a phone interview with QC manager and analysts. Asked pointed questions about scientific processes. Tone was a bit abrasive / uneasy at moments, and I was not clear on why that tone was being taken
3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
Read about company history. They would ask about their own products and if you know about the company history. Then show that you are aware of the companies values like BBS etc.
