Met with a recruiter at a career fair and they gave me an application link. Got an email saying to do a one-way video interview. Did not hear back after recording it. Overall, would prefer a phone interview directly instead.

Went through an initial round of screening interview through HireVue. Was pretty easy, only had behavioral questions that you could re-record as many times as you wanted. After initial screening the hiring managers did 1 on 1 interviews directly gauging your experience for the role.
